At Talladega County Central High School, Home of the Tigers, it is important to remember that student success is the #1 goal and priority for everyone. My philosophy is very simple.
Every student will have the opportunity to:
Know what success looks like and how it feels!
Help others become successful!
The faculty and staff at TCCHS are here to educate, advice, coach, and prepare students with necessary skills, knowledge, and expertise that they should master to succeed in work and life in the 21st century. TC students will experience high levels of engagement in curriculum and instruction through Project Based Learning (PBL) and 21st century themes. TC students will model the appropriate behaviors to be productive and positively represent the community. TC students will know how to compete in the classrooms and on the playing fields. TC students will recognize and value community support and partnerships.
Parental support and involvement are extremely important and most welcomed. Please continue to stay active in your child's learning experiences. Students; be active learners, have good work ethics, get involved in sports and/or extra-curricular activities, and set learning as your #1 priority. I look forward to your involvement and success!
Perform at HIGH Levels in everything we do!
